How CC Catering & Event Service collects, uses and protects your information.

Please read these terms before you book. They explain how enquiries, bookings, payments and changes work, so there are no surprises on the day of your event.

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use cccateringservice.in or book catering from CC Catering & Event Service. By using the site or confirming a booking with us, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book with us.

2. Enquiries and quotes

Sending an enquiry through our forms, WhatsApp or phone is a request for information. It is not a booking. Quotes are based on the details you give us, such as event date, venue, menu and guest count, and may change if those details change.

3. Booking confirmation

Your booking is confirmed only when we confirm the menu, price, date and venue with you in writing, including by WhatsApp or email, and any agreed advance has been received. Until then, we cannot guarantee availability for your date.

4. Menu, guest count and pricing

  • Menus are prepared as agreed in your confirmed quote. Live food counters and some dishes are subject to availability.
  • Please give us your final guest count before the event, by the date we agree on with you.
  • Changes to the menu, guest count or timing after confirmation may change the price and may depend on what we can arrange.
  • Photos and descriptions on our website are for guidance. Actual presentation may vary.

5. Payments

Prices, advance amounts and payment dates are set out in your confirmed quote. Please pay as agreed. If a payment is late, we may not be able to hold your date or supply the services.

6. Cancellation and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or move your event, please tell us as early as you can. Any refund or charges depend on how much notice you give and on the costs we have already incurred, as agreed in your confirmed quote.

7. Venue, access and timings

Unless we agree otherwise, you are responsible for making sure our team can work smoothly at your venue. This means:

  • Giving us access at the agreed time.
  • Arranging any permissions the venue requires.
  • Providing space, power and water where we have discussed it with you.

If delays or restrictions at the venue affect our service, we will do our best to adjust, but extra charges may apply.

8. Food, allergies and dietary needs

Please tell us about allergies, dietary restrictions and preferences when you book. We will take your requirements into account when planning your menu. Our kitchen handles many common ingredients, so we cannot promise that any dish is completely free of allergens.

9. Your responsibilities

  • Give accurate and complete information about your event.
  • Look after our equipment and staff while they are at your event.
  • Let us know quickly if anything about your event changes.

10. Our liability

We will take reasonable care in preparing and serving your food. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for loss or delay caused by things beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, power or utility failures, government restrictions or venue issues. Our responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service.

11. Website content

The text, images, logo and design on this site belong to CC Catering & Event Service or are used with permission. Please do not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission. You may share links to our pages.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts in Delhi. We would always prefer to resolve concerns directly with you first.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows the latest version. A booking you have already confirmed stays under the terms agreed at the time of booking.
